In the presence of the new diplomatic attachés. Dr. Omar Rifai, President of the JID addressed a Middle East Program for Young Leaders delegation about the situation in the Middle East and the peace process. Following that, Professor Henrik Syse, Senior Research Fellow at the International Peace Research Institute in Oslo addressed the audience on ethics in conflicts. At the end of the lecture, Dr. Rifai and Dr. Syse answered questions raised by the members of the delegation and new attachés. Following completion of the lecture, the delegation had luncheon at the institute with the new attachés.
