The Jordan Institute of Diplomacy organized a seven-day training program on "Protocol and Etiquette" from April 26 to May 4, 2009. Twenty- four participants from different organization participated in the program. At the end of the program, Ambassador Omar Rifai, President of the Institute presented the certificates to all participants. Flowing completion of the program, participants had a formal luncheon with the president of the institute and their instructors.
