[18/12/2011]: Under the patronage of H.E. Mr. Naser Judeh, Minister of Foreign Affairs, and in the presence of some of officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the students' instructors and the parents of the students, a graduation ceremony took place on December 18, 2011 for the 10th batch of the new diplomatic attachés who had attended a 7-month intensive training program at the JID. [05/12/2011]: Under the patronage of H.E. the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Nasser Judeh, the Regional Center on Conflict Prevention at the Jordan Institute of Diplomacy in cooperation with the Delegation of the European Union to Jordan held a one-day seminar on “The Constitutional Reforms in Jordan: a successful way for Implementation, the Jordanian and EU perspectives”. [Specialized Lectures]: Within the activities of the 10th Program of the Diplomatic Attachés, The Jordan Institute of Diplomacy hosted a number of guests and specialists to give lectures in different subjects in order to develop and strengthen the knowledge capacity attached to the diplomats. [23-27/10/2011]: The Jordan Institute of Diplomacy JID organized a five days Training Program on Protocol and Etiquette for a number of employees from public and privet sector. At the end of the program, the Acting President of the JID, Dr. Mustafah al Nawayseh handed the certificate to the participants. [details]
[02-06/10/2011]: To enhance the Memorandum of Understanding signed between the Jordan Institute of Diplomacy and the Palestinian Academy for Security Sciences / University of Independence Jericho, Ms. Suzan Qasem Director of International and Public Relations at the JID delivered a series of lectures in the Training Course organized by the Academy in Jericho on protocol and diplomatic etiquette, During the period of 2-6/10/2011 for 33 trainees from various security agencies officers and staff of the University. At the end of the course, the Academy organized a graduation ceremony attended by the President Dr. Nayif Jarad, and his deputies. [details]
[26/10/2011]: Dr. Mustafah al Nawayseh, the Acting President of the JID, met in his office Mr. Sebastian Linden / International Affair Manager at the Sciences Po University. The talks focused on finding possible areas of cooperation between both parties, In order to activate the agreement which has been signed between both parties in 1994.
[16/10/2011]: H.E. the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Nasser Judeh on Sunday inaugurated a conference titled “Advancing Justice and Reconciliation for Long-Term Peace building in the Middle East” held at the Jordan Institute of Diplomacy. [details]
[29/09/2011]: The Acting President of the Jordan Institute of Diplomacy Dr. Mustafa Al-Nawayseh and RCCP director Dr. Hasan Al- Momani met with Dr. Joanna Wronecka, the European Union Ambassador in Amman and the Head of Politics, Press & Information Section Imma ROCA I CORTES. Both parties discussed issues of common interest and prospects of cooperation, especially areas of academic projects, and the possibility of conducting an International conferences about the Political Reforms in Jordan. [21/09/2011]: Dr. Mustafah al Nawayseh, the Acting President of the JID, received at his office his Excellency Ambassador of Russia in Jordan. After that his Excellency met with the newly recruited diplomats where he talked to them about the Jordan-Russia relations and the current events in the region. [19/09/2011]: As part of their visit to Jordan, Military delegation from Sudan visited the Jordan Institute of Diplomacy where they were briefed by Ms Suzan Al Qasem the Director of Public and International Relation Department about the Institute role in qualifying the Jordanian diplomats. [18-20/09/2011]: The Jordan Institute of Diplomacy organized a Training Program on “the Diplomatic Immunity and Privileges” for 20 participants from the Public Security Directorate. At the end of the program Dr. Mustafah al Nawayseh the Acting President of the institute, handed the certificate to the participants. [details]
[14/09/2011]: In the framework of cooperation between the Jordan Institute of Diplomacy and the General Directorate Of Gendarmerie, a lecture on etiquette was delivered by Ms Suzan Al Qasem / Director of Public Relation Department in the JID, for number of officers from the gendarmerie at the directorate. At the end of the lecture Ms. Qasem Answered Number of questions that was raised by the Audience. [details]
[15/09/2011]: The JID staff organized a farewell party for their colleague Khalil Muhajer on the occasion of ending his work at the institute. It is noteworthy that Mr. Khalil joined the institute since 1997, where he was an example of commitment and dedication to work. At the end of the ceremony, Dr. Mustafah al Nawayseh the Acting President of the JID and on behalf of the institutes’ staff presented a memorial gift to Mr. Muhajer. [details]

[17/08/2011]: Dr. Mustafa Al Nawayseh, the Acting President of the Jordan Institute of Diplomacy received at his office, H.E. Chen Xingzhong, the Chinese Deputy Head of Mission in Jordan. [24-27/07/2011]: The Jordan Institute of Diplomacy JID organized a Training Program on “Administrative and Strategic Planning” for 17 participants from Public and PrivetSector. [13/07/2011]: Dr. Mustafa Al Nawayseh, the Acting President of the JID, met at his office H.E. Mohammad Al Daher, MFA Secretary General, where they discussed the Reconstruction Process of the Institute and other issues that concern both parties. On the other hand H.E. [13/07/2011]: In presence of the new diplomatic attachés , the Jordan Institute of Diplomacy hosted a delegation of 15 students from different American schools. At the beginning of the meeting, Ms. Suzan Qasem , Director of International Affairs at the Institute welcomed the delegation and briefed them about the institutes mission. [16/06/2011]: As part of the Diplomatic Attaches Program 10, a lecture on the “Legislative and Institutional Environment Features for Encouraging Foreign Investment in Jordan” was given to the trainees by Mr. Osama Hamad /Lawyer and consultant on the legal environment of the foreign investment, where he introduced the role of the Jordanian Diplomatic Missions abroad in introducing Jordan and promoting its investment opportunities to the world, which requires the diplomats to have a good knowledge of the investment environment at the kingdom.
[16/06/2011]: H.E. Mrs. Corinne Breuze, Ambassador of France in Jordan visited the JID were she met the newly recruited diplomat and talked where she talked to them about the French foreign policy in the European Union, Jordan and France Bilateral relations and the French vision towards the Arab spring. The lecture was attended by Dr. Mohammad almomani, President Counselor/ Director of Training and Education Department. [details]
[12/06/2011]: Dr. Mustafa Al Nawayseh, the Acting President of the JID, received at his office H.E. Mr. Yousef Al-Tarawneh, the horary consul of Albania in Jordan. The talks between both parties focused on discussing the relations of both Countries and finding all the possible areas of cooperation between them.

[22/3/2011]: Dr. Omar Refai, President of the JID received in his office, H.E. Mr. Sidi Mohamed Gaouar, Ambassador of Algeria in Jordan. The Talks between both parties focused on the relations between the two countries and the possible areas of cooperation between them, and the currant situation in the region.
[7-10/3/2011]: The Jordan Institute of Diplomacy organized a training program on “Public Relations and Media” for 34 participants from government and private sector. The program acquainted the participants with the concept, functions and importance of public relations and media and provided them with the skills needed in this field. . [details]
[6/3/2011]: Dr. Omar Rifai, President of the Jordan Institute of Diplomacy received in his office, Ms. Judy Hilton, Senior Political Affairs Officer in the UN department of peacekeeping operation in UNHQ. The talks focused on the currant issues in the Middle East. The meeting was attended by Dr. Khalid Al-Aware, UNTSO Analyst Counselor for development and Ms. Suzan Qasem, Director of International and Public Affairs.
[2/3/2011]: A Delegation of twenty German International Relations and Political Science students from different German universities visited the Jordan Institute of Diplomacy, where they met with Dr. Mohammad Al-Momani, Adviser to the President and Director of Training and Education. Dr. Momani welcomed the delegation and briefed them on the functions of the Institute, and upon the delegation request discussed the Arab-Israeli conflict and the challenges facing the peace process. Moreover, the discussion included the role played by the Arab and foreign parties to make the Palestinians and the Israelis return to the negotiating table. [details]
[15-17/2/2011]: Dr. Omar Rifai, President of the JID participated in the International Forum for the Challenges of Peace Operations which was held in New York from 15-17/2/2011. The overall purpose of this forum was to address a selected number of specific current challenges for peacekeeping operations. The Forum was organized by the Folke Bernadotte Academy and co-hosted by the Permanent Representatives of Australia, Egypt, Pakistan and Sweden to the United Nations.
[17/2/2011]: A special training program on International Humanitarian Law was concluded in the Jordan Institute of Diplomacy on the 17th Feb, 2011. This training program was organized by the JID, the International Association for Humanitarian Policy, Conflict Research in Brussels, the professional in Humanitarian Assistance and Protection, and the HPCR at Harvard University, where 36 participants from all over the world who work in the field of Humanitarian Law participated in. [30/1-14/2/2011]: The Jordan Institute of Diplomacy organized two training programs for 7 officers from the Executive Office for Security Strategies in the UAE on “National Security” and “Counter Terrorism and Radicalism”.
