The JID organizes a large number of training courses to address the requirements of contemporary diplomacy, which can be classified in Five principal category styles:
Category One: programs allocated to employees of the ministry of foreign affairs and they are two groups as follows:
Group (A) Primary Programs: These programs are organized pursuant to the Diplomatic Corps, and they are directed to specific diplomatic categories as follows:

Category Three: Special programs
These programs are organized at the request of Arab countries or the private sector in Jordan such as:
- Specialized programs for employees in executive office for safety strategies in United Arab Emirates
- Specialized programs for employees working in institutes in the Libyan Arab Republic.
- Programs in the field of ceremonies for employees at the Foreign Ministry and officers in general administration of general security in the Libyan Arab Republic
- Programs in protocols field for protocol employee in Algeria Republic headquarters
- Programs in the diplomatic field for employees of Palestine presidency.
- Specialized programs in the field of dealing with diplomatic representatives in Saudi Arabia, Sultanate of Oman, United Arab Emirates, Qatar and Palestine
Category Four:programs of Cooperation with international institutions.
These programs are organized pursuant to agreements of cooperation between Jordan and these organizations and upheld in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs such as:
- Various programs in cooperation with the French National School for Administration.
- Human international law program in cooperation with the International Committee for the International Red Cross.
- Workshops for legal experts in the terrorism-combat field in cooperation with the United Nations’ office for crime combating in Vienna.
- A regional seminar in the field of corruption combat in cooperation with committee of corruption combat in France.
Category Five: Regional Programs addressed to Arab Diplomats and Foreigners Domestic and Abroad of Jordan.
