This program informs participants of the meaning and importance of public relations. In addition to developing knowledge in public relations and media, this program will also inform participants about the process of making and executing various programs and tasks within the field. The aim of the program is to provide participants with skills necessary to raise the standard of advanced public and media-related service for their targeted audience in their respective organizations.

Program for Incoming Advisers in Administrative Management
This program provides incoming advisors, managers, and department leaders with the necessary knowledge to give professional advice within a hierarchical structure. This program illustrates the importance of the managerial role as a means to raise the organizational structure, development, and overall performance of their employees and their business. Moreover, the program will identify the duties and entitlements of each employee within a hierarchical environment to avoid ambiguity and potential disputes between employment positions.

Program for Protocol and Etiquette
This program will identify the appropriate written and unwritten protocol and rules of etiquette in the ministerial, public, managerial, and secretarial professions. This program is built on basic values which will address topics such as; appropriate professional behavior, optimistic attitude, and the creation of positive habits intended for the success of participants in these (aforementioned) professions. The program aims to improve the participants’ service capability, confidence, and overall competence they can offer to their prospective companies.

Management and Behavioral Skills for Excellent Directors
This program is designed to help managers, department leaders, and other various employees appropriately assimilate to their new responsibilities in the modern administrative practice. This program will give participants skills enabling them to move excel in their profession, while simultaneously solidifying participants’ current ethics and skill sets.

Creative Thinking for Excellence Program:
This program will address both the elements of creative thinking and the foundations of administrative excellence. By combining these two facets, the program will illustrate methods enabling participants to develop their current abilities while continuing to excel in their profession. The program will also discuss positive thinking and appropriate relationship building in a hierarchical environment, aiming to increase the participants’ overall professional performance.

Knowledge Management Program
This program provides participants with the most current information regarding one of the most progressive administrative terms nowadays, known as “Knowledge Management. The program will address those skills and methodologies used by organizations to collect and succinctly organize information from a variety of media sources. This program involves exploring the ideas related to Knowledge Management, as well as the ability to react and follow up with contemporary changes in Jordan’s economical and social life.

Senior Management and Leadership Program
This program aims to help participants successfully assimilate into their new leadership positions. The program will introduce topics, skills, and relevant advice about their new leadership roles so that participants can confidently and efficiently manage their new responsibilities. While enlightening participants about the incoming challenges they will face in the field of information, technology, and communication, this program will also better prepare participants for further improvement in their new managerial positions.

Effective management of meetings and conferences
This program provides participants with the necessary skills and knowledge that enable them to manage conferences and meetings and prepare documents and record reports efficiently.

Effective Negotiation Skills Program
This program provides participants with the practical and theoretical experience necessary to gain the skills, tactics and strategies of negotiation. In addition, it enables participants identify the different characteristics and types of negotiators and to conduct effective communication. It also works on developing their ability to work with every negotiation situation to achieve the desired result.

Administrative and Strategic Planning Program
This program provides participants with practical information and skills for administrative and strategic planning professions. It also provides participants with necessary skills to efficiently construct plans, events, and manage complicated schedules.
