Public Relations |

This program aims to acquaint participants with the concept, functions, and importance of public relations, raise their knowledge of PR planning and implementation, and provide them with the skills needed to carry out their tasks in this field in order to raise the level of services offered to the public in their organizations. The program consists of 20 hours spread over 5 days.

Protocol and Etiquette Program |
|
This purpose of the program is to provide participants with protocol and etiquette skills. These two skills complement each other and mastering them raises the level of service that the participants offer their organizations. The program covers topics such as the importance of protocol, rules of precedence, the functions of the protocol department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, diplomatic missions, diplomatic protocol, and the protocol of visits, conferences and official meetings. The second part deals with the rules of social behavior (etiquette) which includes an overview of etiquette appearance, rules of the handshake, receptions, buffets, table manners and others. The program includes practical applications on laying a banquet table, utensils, and flower arrangement. The program consists of 20 hours spread over 5 days.

Administrative and Strategic Planning Program |

This program aims to provide participants with the necessary information on the general and detailed concepts of administrative and strategic planning as a principal function of the comprehensive administrative process, and give them the skills necessary to draw plans and define their phases. The program covers the principal related topics such as the comprehensive administrative process, including the function of administrative and strategic planning, its nature, importance, phases, types and problems, and practical applications of administrative and strategic planning by different organizations. The program consists of 9 hours spread over 3 days.

Program of Managerial and Administrative Performance |
|
This program aims to upgrade the role of managers in the comprehensive management process from appointed managers to effective leaders. It raises the standard of participating managers, empowers them to fulfill their tasks, and qualifies them for future promotion to new leadership positions. The Program also seeks to provoke thought among participants and make them aware of the main challenges that face them particularly in information technology and modern communications. The program covers analyzing the comprehensive administrative process, the administrative qualifications of a distinguished manager, conducting SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis of institutional performance, structuring administrative development by means of the M4 method, and administrative excellence and behavioral skills of the administrative leader. The program consists of 9 hours spread over 3 days.

Meeting and Conference Management Program |
This program provides participants with the skills and knowledge to effectively manage meetings and conferences, prepare the necessary documents, and take minutes of meetings efficiently, with practical training and case studies. The program covers two principal topics:
The first, Meeting Management, covers the management and stages of meeting organization; responsibilities of participants; duties of the meeting's secretary before, during, and after the meeting; and the preparation of minutes for the meeting.
The second, Conference Management, covers awareness of the objectives, types, levels, and main elements of conferences, as well as the elements of successful conference, the organizational framework, ad hoc committees, and conference administration. The program consists of 12 hours spread over 4 days.

Letter and Report Writing, and Archiving Techniques Program |
|
This program seeks to acquaint participants with the techniques of writing different forms of letters and reports, enabling them to arrive at writing high quality reports as well as raising their ability in various archiving techniques. The program covers the main related topics such as different forms of letters, classification and categorization techniques, skills and specificities that should be observed in writing letters and reports, the importance of documents and information and means of keeping and retrieving them manually and electronically, and practical training. The program consists of 12 hours spread over 4 days.

Oratory and Public Speaking Program |
|
This program provides participants with the skills and knowledge needed to enhance their ability to communicate with the public and make effective presentations. The program covers the related topics of oral and other communication, types and objectives of presentations, optimal use of technology, main steps in delivery, overcoming stage fright, and effective participation after a presentation. Emphasis is given to practical scenarios. The program consists of 20 hours spread over 5 days.
